The awarding winning beachfront Nautilus Restaurant boasts a refined Polynesian inspired dining experience in the main dining room or a casual beachside patio dining experience, event marquee’s, private celebratory dining, meeting quarters, guest room services or beach options.

Garden to plate dining - organic produce sourced from our own market garden is included in may of our specially designed dishes

Showcasing Polynesian signature tastes, the cuisine is Polynesian - European fusion, using with local seasonal ingredients and produce, with of course an emphasis on harvest from the sea.

Our Chefs are trained to cater for special dietrary needs, food allergy requirements and special requests (advanced notice may be required)

Nautilus Restaurant celebrates the essence of Polynesian architecture, design, décor and cuisine, that can be enjoyed in a fine dining a la carte setting in the main dining area, or as a more casual outside dining experience on the spacious patio overlooking the lagoon and glistening infinity swimming pool.

NAUTILUS RESTAURANT

This stylish Polynesian beachfront restaurant and chic beach bar celebrates the essence of Polynesian architecture, design, décor and cuisine. Enjoy a fine dining, a la carte setting in the main dining area, or a more casual al fresco dining experience on the spacious patio overlooking the lagoon and glistening infinity swimming pool.

The sophisticated open bar features a lounge area with panoramic views of the beach as well as 180 degree views of Muri lagoon.

At Nautilus Restaurant we pride ourselves on the freshest, local ingredients, with much sourced from our own organic market garden on site. Cook Islands are famous for the freshest Line-caught fish and local reef fish from our pristine islands. Experience a beautiful combination of both Polynesian and Western-influenced cuisine. Our menu showcases Polynesian influenced dishes as well as introducing guests to exciting taste combinations inspired by the many different cultures throughout the Pacific Region.

DINING OPTIONS

Enjoy breakfast every day in our beachfront restaurant from 7:30am. With the option of casual poolside dining or a la carte for both lunch and dinner.

When dining on the outsde patio overlooking the glistening lagoon and infinity pool, you can relax into a languid dining experience with a menu offering light meals and snacks all day from 11am to late.

MEETINGS & CORPORATE FUNCTIONS

NAUTILUS RESORT is the perfect place for meetings and corporate functions. The beautiful private dining room leading onto the beachfront terrace and gazebo creates an ideal spot for dinners up to 60 guests or cocktails for up to 150 guests. The private dining room is also ideal for use as a boardroom or for smaller meeting or seminars. Equipped with top-of-the-line audio-visual tools, the room seats up to 50 people theatre style or 20 people boardroom style – perfect for intimate seminars or meetings.

And for a larger events, the resorts marquee located poolside will cater for up to 160 guests offering themed events with a diverse range of gourmet dining and entertainment options for a unique Nautilus touch to your event .

PRIVATE DINING VENUE

Overlooking Ta’Akoka Island, our Private Dining Room is an elegant and intimate space that can seat up to 28 people.  Set beneath a vaulted wood-beamed ceiling inspired by our Polynesian culture. The perfect dining loaction for any occasion from a romantic dinner for two, a champagne breakfast, lunch or dinner or business meeting. Our staff will make you and your guests feel extremly welcome in airconditioned Nautilus luxury.
